HAPPY NEW YEAR!!

Ok. I will return to do this more positively and in greater detail later (the kids are still off school, I have a sinus-y cold, a genetics essay to write, and a load of freelance tax admin to do) BUT.

I HAVE THE SAME BLOODY RESOLUTION AS I HAVE EVERY F7C%ING NEW YEAR.
ONLY THIS TIME IT'S SERIOUS.

I took Before pictures, but I'm too ashamed to post them. Really. Really really.
OMFG, horrible. CHAOS. (can't have anyone over syndrome).

My sympathies. I will take a picture of my kitchen floor, post-emptying my storage locker into my house, to make you feel superior.

I hate having to admit having wasted hundreds of pounds on useless DVDs, books I will never read and stationery.

I took some pictures of the bedroom, which contains the overspill from the living room repainting (complete 4 weeks ago, stuff is still in boxes and piled on every surface). It's nasty.

I've decided to go through everything before I put it back on the shelves, because there are many books and DVDs which I'll never read/watch again. If I ever did.

Yesterday a "friend" flung open my back door and threw in a carrier bag shouting "thought these clothes might fit [Son]" and ran away again, which I suppose is one way of doing it. I am not going to turn down free clothes but it would be nice if she had asked first and I can't move for tripping over things as it is.
